An Evening of Food with Chef Brad Green

Enjoy a 9 course experience in his home.

Chef Brad professed “I can’t stop thinking about food. I’m focused on the ingredients and pairings to the point that I can taste them before I even make the dish”

It was a night of food, fun, and fellowship. Chef Brad would explain every course, process and thought that went into the dish. Every plate was presented, placed and rotated precisely. The six person table was in eye view of the kitchen. Orchestrated movements is the only way to describe as every family member had a specific job they knew to do. The plates were timed perfect so they were placed at the right temperature for everyone to enjoy just as the chef intended it to be.
